By segmenting usage data, I discovered older patients were skewing results and the actual adoption among younger cohorts was 8% higher than first reported.

I lead the creative vision for Australia’s largest anime convention, aligning design output with commercial goals while mentoring a 30+ person creative team.

With only myself and one deputy overseeing 30+ creatives, the flat structure created bottlenecks and limited the team’s ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
I introduced a tiered hierarchy by appointing four Senior Creatives and one assistant creative director, distributing responsibilities and formalising feedback loops.
This expanded leadership coverage from 2 to 6 leads increased parallel task capacity by 100–200%, reduced bottlenecks, and improved delivery while supporting staff growth.
